Who we are
Selective Search Recruitment Ltd, trading as Selective Sales Agents, is the controller of the personal data you give us. Contact: hello@selectivesalesagents.com.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, email address and billing address
- Your order details, downloads and support emails
- Your consent record for immediate supply of digital content
- Basic website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To fulfil your order and give support — performance of a contract
- To keep accounts and tax records — legal obligation (kept for 6 years)
- To send occasional product news — only with your consent; unsubscribe at any time
- To keep the site secure and working — legitimate interests
Payments
Payments are processed by Revolut. We never see or store your full card details.
Who we share it with
Only the providers who help us run the store: our website host, Revolut for payments and our email provider. We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
Your data stays yours
The agent kits run in your own accounts. We do not receive or see your inbox, files or customer data when you use a kit.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or take a copy. Email hello@selectivesalesagents.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the basket, checkout and your account. These cannot be switched off. We use analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
