1. Who we are
Selective Sales Agents is a trading name of Selective Search Recruitment Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Company number: 05428136. Registered office: 144 Mackie Avenue, Brighton, BN1 8SB. VAT number: GB 864 7713 89. Contact: hello@selectivesalesagents.com or 07743 254035.
2. The contract
A contract forms when your payment is taken and we email your order confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling. Prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
3. What you buy
Each agent kit is digital content: the agent’s instructions, an automation workflow file, a setup guide and the email support period stated on the kit. Kits are proven starting points designed to be adapted to your business. They are not finished, bespoke software.
Bundle pricing applies automatically: any three kits for £249. The Owner’s Kit (£499) includes every kit on the shelf, the General Manager agent, any new kit we add in the twelve months after purchase, a 60-minute setup call to be booked within 90 days, and 60 days of email help.
4. Delivery
Download links are emailed immediately after payment and are also available in your account under “My downloads”. Links stay active for 12 months. We will re-send files on request.
5. Third-party tools
Kits run on tools provided by other companies, such as Claude, Make, Microsoft 365, Google and Telegram. You need your own accounts with those providers, and you accept their terms and fees. We are not responsible for changes they make, but we will update affected kits free of charge for 12 months from purchase.
6. Your licence
On full payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, copy and modify each kit for the internal purposes of one business, including its group companies. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share a kit, or use it to build a competing product. We keep ownership of the original kit. You own the outputs your agent produces and any changes you make.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Business buyers: sales are final once the download link is issued, save for our guarantee below.
Consumers: under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. At checkout you ask us to supply the kit immediately and acknowledge that this right ends once supply begins.
Our guarantee: if a kit does not do what its description says, tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will fix it, swap it for another kit, or refund you in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Using AI responsibly
AI agents can make mistakes. Every kit is set to “draft for approval” by default, and a person in your business should review anything an agent sends, publishes or decides. You are responsible for how you use each agent, including compliance with data protection law, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and any rules that apply to your industry. Kits do not provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
